Monkey Bakes products are prepared in a kitchen that handles multiple allergens. Although care is taken when preparing orders, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens or cross-contamination.
If you have an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering and read all product information carefully.

Postal orders
Check each product before ordering
Each available postal product should display its relevant allergen information on the product page.
Please check this information before adding a product to your basket and again during checkout. Allergen and ingredient information will also be supplied with the delivered food where required.
Product recipes and branded ingredients can change. Always check the information supplied with the product before eating it.
Mystery boxes
Allergies and preferences
The mystery-box checkout allows you to provide allergy or preference information.
Where possible, an item directly containing the specified allergen can be replaced with an item that does not directly contain it. This does not mean the replacement is allergen-free.
All products are prepared in the same working environment, so we cannot guarantee freedom from traces or cross-contamination.
Custom and local orders
Tell us about requirements early
The Custom Cakes and Local Bakes enquiry forms include a section for allergies and dietary requirements.
Please provide as much detail as possible when making an enquiry. Monkey Bakes will discuss whether the requested order can be accepted.
Sending an enquiry does not mean that an allergen request has been accepted. Any requirements must be confirmed before the order is booked.
Please remember
“Not directly containing” is not “free from”
A product may not include a particular allergen as a deliberate ingredient but may still carry a trace or cross-contamination risk from the kitchen or from ingredients supplied by manufacturers.
Please never assume that a product is suitable based only on its name, appearance or flavour.
