Delivery information

Everything you need to know about when your Monkey Bakes order will be prepared, dispatched and delivered.

Place your order

Orders placed from Monday to Sunday are normally included in the next available weekly dispatch.

Thursday dispatch

Orders are normally freshly prepared and dispatched on Thursday.

Expected Friday delivery

Orders are sent with the intention of arriving on Friday. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by the postal or courier service.

Your dispatch date

When will my order be sent?

The dispatch date offered during ordering is based on the current weekly baking capacity.

If the next dispatch is full, you may be offered the next available dispatch date. Orders can move into a later week up to the ordering limit shown by the website.

Please check the dispatch date carefully before completing payment.

Delivery cost

Postage is included

Standard postage is included in the displayed price of postal products, so there is no separate standard-delivery charge added at checkout.

Any exceptional delivery option or additional charge would be clearly shown before payment.

Receiving your order

When your bakes arrive

Open the parcel promptly and check the contents.
Follow the storage and allergen information supplied with the products.
Store any product requiring refrigeration as directed on its label.
Keep the packaging and take photographs if an order arrives damaged.
Contact Monkey Bakes as soon as possible if there is a problem with the delivery or its contents.

Delivery delays

Occasional delays can happen

Once a parcel has been handed to the postal or courier service, delivery times are not completely within Monkey Bakes’ control. Friday delivery is expected but cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

If tracking is available, it will be provided when the order is dispatched.
