Monkey Bakes handles multiple allergens in the same kitchen and cannot guarantee that products are free from traces caused by cross-contact.
Mystery box requirements
Mystery boxes currently contain gluten and milk. We cannot offer gluten-free or milk-free mystery boxes at this time.
If you tell us about an allergy, intolerance or preference that we are able to accommodate, we will replace any item that directly contains the specified allergen with a suitable alternative—for example, replacing a pistachio cookie for someone who has declared a tree-nut allergy.
Although we can avoid deliberately including that allergen, Monkey Bakes handles multiple allergens in the same kitchen and cannot guarantee the absence of traces caused by cross-contact.
Mystery boxes may be unsuitable for customers with severe allergies. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
